Design

The new Crusader range of people movers is meticulously built to the highest possible standard specifications on the LDV V80 platform, with variants ranging from 9-18 seats depending on your needs.

The X Series offers a 14+1 configuration with option of front or sliding door passenger entry and is also available in WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) layout, featuring a 9+1+1 seating arrangement and a rear-entry wheelchair lift. A VIP version of the X Series is also available, with increased saloon capacity, luxury fittings and your choice of 9+1 (sliding entry) or 8+1 (front entry) configurations. For larger groups, the extended body XE Series meanwhile offers 17+1 (sliding entry) or 16+1 (front entry) passenger capacity options as well as a 9+1+1 WAV layout with rear lift.

Performance

The Crusader range is powered by a VM Motori Eco-D2.5-litre turbo diesel, which uses a Bosch electronically controlled common rail direct fuel injection system that produces 136hp and 243lb ft of torque. This is driven through a six-speed manual gearbox, while additional performance features include ABS braking and MIRA-tuned suspension and steering.

The Crusader X Series and XE Series of vehicles have a high driving position enabling maximum visibility for drivers, as well as daytime running lights, reverse parking sensors and electrically-operated heated side mirrors with integrated indicators.

Features

Our minibuses have a wide range of features as standard including satellite navigation, entertainment systems, LED lighting, boot space, overhead luggage racks, USB charging and removable seats. These touches along with top quality materials, upgraded upholstery, wooden flooring and modern interior designs create a high degree of comfort for passengers and driver alike.

The Crusader VIP models meanwhile boast an enhanced front grille and driving cabin and are fitted with nine luxurious leather reclining seats, complete with armrests, three-way adjustments and a personal space control system for your air conditioning, reading lights and USB charging. Optional extras include saloon tables, WiFi, pull-down DVD monitors and more.For larger groups, the extended body XE Series meanwhile offers 17+1 (sliding entry) or 16+1 (front entry) passenger capacity options as well as a 9+1+1 WAV layout with rear lift.
