Harris Group win CV Workshop Parts Distributor of the Year
Harris Group are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the CV Workshop Parts Distributor award at the 2020 Irish Auto Trade Awards under the Motor Factor category.
The prestigious Irish Auto Trade Awards were presented at an invitation only event at the Kilashee Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare on Thursday, October 17th. Representing Harris Group at the awards ceremony were Harris Group CEO Denise Harris, Chief Operating Officer John McEvoy, and Group Parts Manager Michael Meenan.
The award is testament to the diligence, hard work and comment to customer service that is shown every day by the team in our Parts Distribution Centre. The team go above and beyond the call of duty to source and supply parts to Harris Group customers and dealers in Ireland, the UK, and beyond. Our substantial Parts Distribution Centre on the Naas Road is the foundation stone of our After Sales service, shipping over half a million parts annually to customers, dealers and regional depots serving not only our own family of brands but also all common commercial vehicle makes.
We are proud to have invested in sophisticated digital stock and supply chain management and FLASH (Fast Locating and Special Handling) systems that enable the receiving, storing, picking, and shipping functions to be performed efficiently and combine to offer a market-leader first pick from stock rate of 98%.
Our Parts Distribution Centre is conveniently located on the main route to Dublin International Airport and to Dublin Port and docks, enabling us to provide exports globally. The Centre operates a same-day delivery system to our Irish and UK dealer network, meaning you can get the parts you need, when you need them.
Our Parts Distribution Centre serves the Harris Group brands and supports our appointed dealer network, regional depots, and walk-in customers for Ireland and the UK.
The Irish Auto Trade Awards are presented on an annual basis and celebrate the best operators in all sectors of the Irish auto aftermarket.
